These activities derive from knowledge and skills from a pool of professional and lay experience. 1. Physical self-care, namely self-care that can be directly applied to physical care such as bathing, adequate rest time, consumption of healthy food, and regular exercise.
  2. Emotional self-care, namely treatment can improve emotional literacy so that we can manage stress levels effectively. That way, we can distract ourselves from mental health disorders. The application of emotional self-care can be done by reading a book, watching a favorite drama, listening to music, or arranging a room to make it look neater and more beautiful.
  3. Social self-care. The form of applying social self-care for oneself is very useful for building a social spirit towards those around you so that you have a sense of care, compassion, and empathy.
  4. Spiritual self-care. A healthy soul must be balanced with strong faith so that we can accept our shortcomings and accept every trial from God.
