Cenotes
Visiting cenotes in Mexico is a magical experience, offering a glimpse into the country’s natural beauty and cultural history.
How to get there:
Getting to cenotes in Mexico is fairly straightforward, whether you’re staying in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, or Valladolid. If you’re from Cancun or Playa del Carmen, you can rent a car approximately $30–$50 USD per day for a basic car rental.
Public transport will cost you around $3-5$ USD per person, one way. If you are from Tulum, there’s a biking option that costs around $5-$10USD, and the price isn’t really different if you are going by taxi. If you are from Valladolid, it has the same option and same budget as you going from Tulum.
Opening Hours: 24/7

Mayan Ruins
Many ruins are set in lush jungle environments, providing stunning views and a chance to experience nature. Be prepared for walking, climbing stairs, and exploring uneven terrain. Comfortable shoes and plenty of water are essential.
Popular sites like Chichen Itza can be crowded, especially during peak tourist seasons. Arriving early can help avoid the busiest times. Booking tours or tickets in advance can help you avoid long lines and ensure availability.
How to get there:
Burn calories while having a holiday? Why not? take a walk for an unforgettable journey if you are from Tulum, it takes around 15-20 minutes by walk but if you want to go there fast you can try to use a bike or taxi with the same budget starting from $5-$10USD.
There are many other transportation options if you’re not coming from Tulum. We recommend doing some research. However, transportation costs should generally range from $10 to $30 if you’re not using a guide.
Opening Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily
Admission Fee: approximately $5 USD
Recommended Activities:
- Climbing the ancient pyramids, like those at Coba, offers breathtaking views of the surrounding jungle.
- Walking around the ruins allows you to discover hidden corners, temples, and lesser-known structures.

Beach Club
Many of these clubs are located along the stunning Tulum coastline, providing beautiful views, comfortable loungers, and refreshing cocktails. Popular spots like Papaya Playa Project and Coco Tulum are ideal for lounging by the turquoise waters, with an estimated spend of $50–$100 USD per person, which typically covers entry, a drink or two, and access to amenities like pools or private beach areas.
For those seeking a more exclusive experience, upscale beach clubs such as Taboo Tulum or RosaNegra offer gourmet dining, live DJ performances, and premium beachside cabanas. Here, you can expect to spend between $100–$200 USD per person, depending on your choice of food, drinks, and any additional services like massages or bottle service.
If you’re eager to connect with the soul of a place that celebrates its past while embracing the present, Mexico is calling—don’t miss the chance to answer.
